The Nature Belle was a site specific Belle constructed out of all natural/organic materials. The Finished bell was held up by a box elder tree and was approximately 35ft. by 45ft. The work is no longer existent, because of a storm that took it down. The work was completed on June 6th, 2006, and it was taken down September 8th, 2006. ==Description== The "Nature Belle" is made of green, natural, organic, sustainable materials that where collected from the Milwaukee Area. The structure was completed by intertwining different types of willows and reeds together with nylon rope. The Belle was held up by a Box elder tree that stood approximately 45 feet in height. The Belle was in diameter about 35 ft. The Belle rested at a focal point in the middle that gave it support and also allowed to sway and move freely.
